9) No IP address sites.

10) If you submit more than one site per day, always use the same name and email, If you change your name and email with every site you submit it will be added to the Black list and all your sites will be deleted.

11) Please use caps on each word in the site name ( Horny Babe Gives Head). Only capitalize the first letter in the discription.
